oh, the joy

So I saw this linked here - and I could not resist the power of suggestion. Hello, it's FALL! You have to eat pumpkin pie - so why not in the morning, when you have the whole day to burn it off, right?? I made it for my breakfast this morning, baked in a pie plate. (I do not own ramekins)

I now will have to leave the house as not to eat the entire batch.

We leave our house in 2 days for an extended time away - 2 days in Detroit on either side and 8 days in Colorado. We are all super excited to see the family again.

And in completely unrelated news, we are considering a laptop purchase for the Pampered Chef business before the end of the tax year. Anyone ever owned a Sony VIAO? I found one the other day and I think I might be in love with all the features.

I love pumpkin pie for breakfast,
Have a safe trip to Colorado and visit with family.
I love my apple laptop,
Laptops are great because you can take them anywhere.

That recipe looks fabulous - I don't have the ingredients on hand, or I'd probably be making it right now!

We have a Sony Vaio, and we love it! One of the best features is the spacious keyboard, so you aren't always correcting typing errors! If you are in the market for one, I would keep an eye on Sony's outlet. They don't have any stellar deals there just now, but we were able to get a $1600 laptop for $749 back in March. I don't have a whole lot of experience with laptops (just Sony and Dell), but Sony wins hands down in my book.

Hope you enjoy your vacation.

Enjoy your vacay!

I hear ya on fall. I always tend to go over board once the fall mood strikes me and everything is pumpkins or apples in my oven. :)

I'm totally ignorant on sony viao. But I'm hoping my next computer purchase will be a mac. Not that that will happen any time soon but I can dream!

Well doesn't that look scrumptious!

Have a safe trip, I'll pray that the boys travel well. :)

Alicia, I am with you on the mac. I don't think, however, that I can justify that purchase for tax reasons! LOL.
