1. I was getting ready for the yard sale that changed our lives forever
2. I wasn't even thinking about potty training
3. We were paying $3.84 for a gallon of gas

Today
1. I have a delightful and healthy three month old who weighs 12 lbs and is across the board in the 25th percentile.
2. Aaron is asking to "go pee in potty" and doing it!
3. $1.92 (!?!?!!!)

What are you paying these days??

Aweseome! I just love that Evan gets such a cool birth story. Also, I think I paid $2.35 yesterday for gas, so you win. Still, it's well below $3, so that's a good thing!

WOW...What a change 3 months make! ENJOY! It is a great time of year for Aaron to get used to using the potty regularly. The busy Christmas season is not upon us yet and the weather...well, I'll quote Dr. Seuss: "The sun did not shine. It was too wet to play. So we sat in the house all that cold, cold, wet day..." (The Cat in the Hat) :)

Way to go George W. Bush!!!
(I only say that because he was the brunt of all the compaints on high gas prices so I think he gets to take a little of the brunt on low gas prices also) ;)

Gas is at about $2.50-$2.60 in Chicago - much better than the $4.50 this summer!

Gas in Indiana is $1.84. I filled up my little corolla the other day for less than $20! I usually stand at the pump & beg God for the total to be less than my $30 weekly budget. I was so happy I smiled all the way home...

Gas in Cameroon is 5.94 CFA per liter which after all the confusing math makes it $4.47 a gallon. The government regulates the price of gas here so it's the same no matter where you go and they haven't changed by even one "penny" since we got here in August.

I can't believe how much gas has dropped since we left in August!
