the smell of success
Today, during our regularly scheduled after lunch potty sitting and book reading session, Aaron pooped. In the potty. It may have been a fluke, but hey, it gave me hope enough to know that we will keep this up. We've been trying this out (quite sporadically) for about 2 weeks. Which means, we've missed days. Maybe with faithfulness, this will become a more, er, regular occurrence.

Great Job Aaron -- Keep it up. We did that with Kara, and it helped so she was never afraid to poop in the toilet like some kids seem to be. I wish we had done it with Lydia.
wow, you're potty training already? you sure don't waste any time!
Well Shyla, I read that book (see June 26 entry) and thought it might be worth a try! :-)
NO WAY! Wow, good for you and Aaron! I'm very curious to see how this goes for you; keep us posted!
Wow! I'm afraid little Jonas is going to be one of those afraid to poop because he has dealt with constipation a good bit in his little life. The pediatrician already said something to the affect of Jonas wouldn't be a good candidate for early potty training. We'll see.
Go Aaron!
Congratulations! I know you talked about this when you are here and I am so glad it has sorta, maybe worked out for you!
Wow--hope things work out for you! My grandma swears to us that she had her 5 kids all potty trained by the time they each were 18 months. She had 3 boys and 2 girls. Who knows? Hey, I finally updated my blog. I still have more to do but need a break. I have lots of pics of you from the fireworks night. :-)
