I was googling for Flaxseed Banana Muffins...Hello! I was googling for Flaxseed Banana Muffins and it went to your blog, so I thought I'd let you know that my roommate and I LOVE these muffins! They are awesome!!! Out of necessity, I substituted applesauce for half of the oil and then 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup of soymilk and then used a natural sugar called sucanat...a grand experiment, and they still turned out great, so that's what I still do! Anyway, just wanted to drop a line to say hello and thanks for the great (and healthy) recipe!
